My name is Dana Popa, I am a transcultural systemic therapist with almost 30 years of experience in the healthcare system. I believe that there is power in understanding and owning your story as it brings clarity, balance, and strength.

I have experience in working with people with depression, anxiety, life transitions, mental health issues, abuse and trauma, and relocation. I have relocated 30 years ago to The Netherlands, coming from Romania. The therapy session can be provided in English, Dutch and Romanian.
I enjoy helping people find a greater sense of empowerment, peace, and resiliency. Understanding that seeking therapy can feel like a vulnerability in itself, I work hard to connect to each client and form a trusting relationship, which is the foundation of all successful therapy.

I believe that every client is an expert in their own lives and acts towards the wisdom of her or his own fulfillment.
